Part-time Teller-Frontline – Main Branch
As a Teller – Front-line, you will be the welcoming face of our credit union. You’ll interact directly with members, assisting them with everyday banking needs, providing information on products and services, and ensuring each interaction is a positive and professional experience. The Solutions Centre Representative works in our call centre, serving as the first point of contact for all non-branch interactions with members, prospects, and the public. As the voice of the Credit Union and its subsidiaries, you’ll provide service and support across multiple channels. We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with a passion for training, organizational development, and employee engagement. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, you will design, deliver, and evaluate programs that support onboarding, performance improvement, sales/service effectiveness, and organizational growth. In addition to training, you will also play a hands-on role in benefits administration, recruitment, labour relations, and HR program management – while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and fostering a positive workplace culture.

This high impact role provides confidential administrative and governance support to the CEO, Executive Team and the Board of Directors of VantageOne Credit Union. As the confidential Corporate Secretary, the Executive Assistant ensures the seamless operation of governance processes, manages board and committee documentation, and oversees communication platforms for internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally, the role supports the Vice President, Marketing with technical and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and digital proficiency to uphold strong executive operations and effective governance practices.
