Online banking Manage your accounts from anywhere at any time with online banking. Our website has been responsively designed, so it will adapt to any screen size (computer, tablet or smartphone), making it simple to do your daily banking online from any internet-connected device. You can:
access account balances
check your transaction history
schedule bill payments or automatic transfers to other VantageOne accounts
view images of cleared cheques
access loan information (original amount, balance payment, due date)
access investment balances, maturity dates and interest rates
Come in to any of our branches to sign up for online banking and set up your personal access code. Once you’ve set this up, you can also bank online using our mobile app.
Interac e-Transfer With an Interac e-Transfer, you can send money even if you don’t know the recipient’s account number or banking information*. Here’s how it works:
log in to your VantageOne online banking and select ‘Interac e-Transfer’
enter the recipient’s email address
create a security question and answer
enter the transfer amount
select the account you want to send the funds from
From there, we’ll send an e-mail to the recipient with instructions on how to complete the money transfer. Once he/she opens the link, answers the security question and follows the simple instructions, the money is immediately deposited.
Cancel an Interac e-Transfer
log in to your VantageOne online banking account
click on Send Interac e-Transfer on the left hand side of your screen
In the middle of the screen, click View Pending
From there you will be able to see all pending e-Transfers and cancel any that have not been accepted. Please note that you will not be reimbursed service charges.
